Admittedly, this Writ Petition is of the year 2015. The prayer sought in this Writ Petition would indicate that the Writ Petitioner is challenging the laying of 132 KV High Tension line across the Petitioner’s house. The docket of this Court would indicate that the matter was earlier listed on 21.12.2015, 04.01.2016 and 19.01.2016 and thereafter, after a long gap it was listed only again on 31.01.2025. The docket would indicate that this Court has not protected the Writ Petitioner by way of any interim Order. Under these circumstances, this Court is of the prima facie view that the cause of action may not be surviving in this case. 4. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No order as to costs. 5. The Registry is directed to preserve the record of this Writ Petition for a period of ten (10) weeks.
