Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to prefer a representation before respondent authorities in light of the judgment rendered by Hon’ble Division bench of this Court in the matter of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in 2 W.A. No.261 of 2023. He contends that Assistant Teachers have been extended benefit of Krammonati Vetanman by that order. 2. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes. 3. Heard. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Tripathi, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to prefer representation before respondent authorities in light of judgment rendered by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Smt. Sona Sahu (supra). If such representation is moved, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case. 5. With the aforesaid observation(s) & direction(s), instant writ petition stands disposed of.
