The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties alleging willful violation of order dated 09.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 1230 of 2022. 2. Ms. Varsha Ramsisaria, learned AC to GP-V appearing on behalf of the opposite parties, submits that separate show cause affidavits have been filed on behalf of the District Superintendents of Education of different districts stating that the cases of the petitioners were considered and rejected. Thus, the order dated 09.11.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No. 1230 of 2022 has been complied. 3. Considering the said fact, there is no need to further proceed in the present contempt matter. 4. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties 2025:JHHC:33211 3 Cont. Case (Civil) No.275 of 2024 is hereby dropped. 5. The present contempt case is accordingly disposed of. 6.
