ORAL ORDER
The petitioner filed this petition seeking Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application dated:28.02.2018 vide Annexure-D, wherein the petitioner requested for appointment on compassionate ground. The petitioner submits that the respondents have not considered the application submitted by the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1, 3 and 4 submits that if the reasonable time is granted, respondent No.3 would consider the application vide Annexure-D, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondents 1, 3 and 4. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order:-

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated:28.02.2018 vide Annexure-D and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
