The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tapkara P.S. Case No. 09/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 451/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C., Section 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 26.06.024, Tapkara police, on the basis of confidential information apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused person, who were travelling on a stolen motorcycle. On search, a loaded country made pistol and naxal pamphlets were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for one and half years. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Tapkara P.S.
