The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 272/2023 arising out of Chhipadohar P.S. Case No. 04/2019, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353 & 307 of the I.P.C., Sections 25(1-B)(1-A), 26, 27 & 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II, Latehar. 3. On 21.01.2019 at about 3:00 A.M., encounter ensued between the police party and the accused persons near Rabdi forest area. 4. It was submitted that no police personnel injured in the said occurrence. It was further submitted that one Gaju Bhuiyan @ Gajju Bhuiya was arrested at spot and he spelt out name of this petitioner and co-accused persons. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that trial is at fag end of its conclusion. It was further submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. At this instance, learned lawyer appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is facing trial in a split up case. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2025. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, Latehar in connection with S.T. Case No. 272/2023 arising out of Chhipadohar P.S. Case No. 04/2019. 27 November 2025 (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
