Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Petitioners are alleged to have impersonated some of the candidates in the physical examination for recruitment of constable. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 01.08.2025. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Poraiyahat P.S.
