Case No. 04 of 2014, corresponding to Spt. S.T. Case No.1 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 & 323 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri Bhupesh Kumar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. On 29.01.2014 at about 11:00 p.m., ten unknown persons came to the house of the informant and took away her husband and thereafter, he was murdered. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid submission. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Bhupesh Kumar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla, in connection with Basia P.S.
