Case No. 101 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of deceased, Lalita Devi, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. Ms. Vandana Bharti, learned A.P.P. has produced the case diary. She has submitted that the police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet under Section 108 of the B.N.S. 5. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the deceased had committed suicide due to petty dispute between them. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the deceased had earlier lodged a complaint before the Mohila Police Station that the petitioner used to assault her. 7. Considering the entire nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat, in connection with Peterwar P.S.
