This appeal has been preferred by the appellant for modification of the order dated 10.06.2025 passed in I.A. No. 6032 of 2025. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the inability of the appellant to furnish the bail bond in terms of the order dated 10.06.2025 on account of which she has continued to remain in custody despite having being granted bail on 10.06.2025 in I.A. No. 6032 of 2025. 3. On consideration of the averments made in the instant application andthe submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant, the order dated 10.06.2025 passed in I.A. No. 6032 of 2025 is modified to the extent that in paragraph-6 of the said order instead of furnishing bail bond for the release of the appellant, the appellant shall be released on PR bond. 4.
