(Women), Azamgarh to expedite/conclude the hearing of Case No.1286/2023 (State vs. Deepak Maurya and others) under sections 498-A, 494, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Deogaon, District Azamgarh pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate/F.T.C. (Women), Azamgarh, arising out of Case Crime No.0436 of 2022 as the same is pending since 02.03.2023 and has not been decided till date. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2023. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
