1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. We have been informed that after passing of the order dated 20.11.2025 by the learned Single Judge which is under challenge before us in this appeal, the seniority list has been finalised by respondent - Delhi Transco Limited vide office order dated 13.01.2026.

Learned counsel for the appellant, thus, states that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to represent his cause against the seniority list circulated vide officer order dated 13.01.2026 with the appropriate authority of respondent - Delhi Transco Limited.
4. It has been stated that before finalising the seniority list circulated vide officer order dated 13.01.2026 no objections were invited, neither any This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel representing respondent no.4 has also stated that before finalising the seniority list dated 13.01.2026, no fresh objections were invited by respondent - Delhi Transco Limited.
6. In the aforesaid view of the matter, we permit the appellant to withdraw this appeal with liberty to make a representation against his placement in the seniority list circulated vide officer order dated 13.01.2026 within a week.
7. We further direct that a copy of the said representation shall be tendered to the respondent no.4, who may file his reply or his own objections within ten days thereafter. Appropriate orders on the representation to be preferred by the appellant and respondent no.4, shall be taken by the authority concerned within four weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel representing the respondent – Delhi Transco Limited has stated that till the disposal of the representation to be preferred by the appellant, as also respondent no.4, the seniority list circulated vide officer
order dated 13.01.2026, shall not be acted upon. The statement made on behalf of the respondent – Delhi Transco Limited is noted.
9. The instant appeal along with pending applications stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
