RAMACHANDRA RAO =O=R=D=E=R= 09/01/2026 Heard counsel for the petitioner. Though the respondent has been served long back, he has not appeared to contest the application. This application is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of T.S.(RCR)01 of 2025 filed by the respondent in the Court of Additional District Judge, Sabroom, South Tripura to the Court of Family Judge, Belonia, South Tripura. In the application filed seeking transfer, it is contended that the petitioner is unemployed and she is staying in her parental house in Uttar Sonaichari, P.S. Belonia, District-South Tripura, whereas the case filed by the respondent is at Sabroom which is about 100 kms away. She also contended that the respondent has not paid any maintenance to her minor child and she has no independent source of income. She also stated that her father is a daily labourer and it would be difficult for him to pay the expenses of the petitioner to travel on every date for hearing in the Court at Sabroom. Having regard to the above circumstances pleaded, which are not disputed by the respondent, this application is allowed and the T.S.(RCR)No.01 of 2025 is transferred from the Court of the Additional District Judge, Sabroom, South Tripura to the Court of the Family Judge, Belonia, South Tripura.
