Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "A. Issue a writ order or direction in he nature of Certiorari quashing the judgment and order dated 13.09.2024 passed by the respondent No. 4 by which the petitioner was directed to vacate the alleged encroach property forthwith and even a notice in this respect has already been issued against him on 28.03.2025 making allegation that the same is inexistence over Gaon Sabha Land. B. Issue a writ order or direction in he nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to implement the judgment and order passed against the petitioner by adopting any coercive method." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
