Case No. 224 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Based upon the written report, the prosecution alleges that the petitioner along with others were employed with the company, namely, M/s Jolly Wood Industries Private Limited, which is said to have been involved in soliciting involvement by public at large. However, all the employees including the petitioner siphoned of the said investment and thereby a number of persons have been defrauded. 4. No.30473 of 2025(3) dt.20-08-2025 2/3 been working as an Assistant in the company, wheres one Jitendra Kumar Rajeev was the Chairman and Paras Kumar was the Directer of the company. The petitioner has nothing to do with the management and the financial transactions of the company, much less there is no specific allegation against the petitioner in this regard. That apart, he is a man of fair antecedent and moreover, one of the co-accused having identical allegation has been allowed the privilege of bail by the Court below itself, a copy of which is marked as Annexure- P-2. 5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner and submits that there is serious allegation against all the employees of the company in question. 6.
Having considered the submissions set-forth by learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of the omnibus allegation against the petitioner, coupled with his role in the company as also the fair antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
