Case No. 350/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2242/2024, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.- X, Hazaribagh. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 2624/2025 by order dated 03.04.2025. 4. On 11.11.2023, motorcycle of the informant, parked outside his house, was stolen away by unknown persons. During the Course of investigation, co-accused persons were apprehended and from their possession, the stolen motorcycle was recovered. The petitioner was apprehended and on his pointing out, another stolen motorcycle was recovered, which was subject matter of another case. 5. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2024. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.- X, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T.
