This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 in under section 28, U.P. Revenue Act, 1901 Case No.1034/2025 (Computerized No. D202514360001034) (Shitla Prasad & others Vs. State of U.P.) (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). " 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha as well as learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
