Tiwari, APP ------ 2/19.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 60/2022, registered for offence under section 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of I.P.C. & under section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of I.T. Act, 2009, pending in the court of Learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement and nothing incriminating has been recovered and even the mobile recovered from the place of occurrance is in the name of Salim Ansari. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 14 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the matter is arising out of cyber crime and in the said mobile shop, several e-wallets have been recovered. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement and the mobile recovered from place of 2025:JHHC:38339 2 occurrence is in the name of Salim Ansari and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 60/2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
