It is submitted that petitioner would, therefore, file a substantive petition challenging the aforesaid decision taken by the respondent. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that in view of aforesaid subsequent development, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with her present contempt petition. 3.
