Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that by way of this petition, the petitioner is not challenging the contents of the order, which have been passed/written, but seeking the direction to the respondent No.1 for early disposal of the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible within period of 30 days. The petitioner also seeks direction to provide the true copy of documents as mentioned in the Annexure P-1 as demanded by the petitioner from the office of respondent No.3. 3. Learned State counsel contended that the concerned authority is ready to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner as per law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts of the case and submission made by counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing 3 to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with rules, regulations and law.
