Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The present Contempt Petition has been filed seeking compliance of order dated 08.08.2024, so passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.19086 of 2024. 4. It is contended that such an order was passed on concession and accordingly Writ Petition was disposed of in the light of the order passed on 09.07.2024 in W.P.(C) No.16229 of 2024. 4.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that order passed in W.P.(C) No.16229 of 2024 has already been complied with vide order dated 14.08.2024. But on the face of such compliance, claim of the petitioner is yet to be considered and disposed of in the light of the said order. 5. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate on the other hand contended that since Writ Appeal has been filed in Writ Appeal No.1335 of 2025, the order has not yet been complied with. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions made, it is found that W.P.(C) No.21470 of 2024 was disposed of on concession that the claim is covered by an order passed by this Court on 09.07.2024 in W.P.(C) No.16229 of 2024. It is found that the order passed in W.P.(C) No.16229 of 2024 has already been implemented vide order dated 14.08.2024 so available in the case record. Since similar order basing on which, the Writ Petition was disposed of has already been implemented, it is the view of this Court that pendency of the Writ Appeal without having an interim order, is not a bar for compliance. 6.1. Therefore, while disposing the Contempt Petition, this Court directs Opp. Party/Contemnor to comply with the order within a period of 4 (four) weeks hence, failing which, suo-moto contempt proceeding will be initiated. 7.
