The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 3816/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 33, 41 & 42 of the Indian Forest Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Koderma. 3. On 15.09.2025, Forest Officer, Koderma in forest area seized a tractor loaded with quartz. Petitioner happens to be driver of the said tractor. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was transporting the seized quartz at the instruction of owner of the tractor. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
