JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 2 30-08-2025 We find from the records that a letter dated 30.07.2025 has been sent by the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai to this Court, wherein he has annexed the report of the Officer In- Charge, Tetarhat Police Station, Lakhisarai dated 30.07.2025. In the said report dated 30.07.2025, it has been stated that both the appellants of the present appeal, namely, Krishnandan Chaudhary and Siya Devi have died and, in proof thereof, their death certificates have been annexed which shows that while the appellant no.1 has died on 30.06.2017, the appellant no.2 has died on 17.05.2023. 2. We do not have any reason to doubt the aforesaid Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.241 of 1999(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 factum of death of the appellants herein, hence the Criminal Appeal (DB) No.241 of 1999 stands abated. 3.
