The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Simdega (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 25/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 85, 89, 115(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and under Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband and the allegation is there of demand of the pickup van in the year 2019, whereas the FIR has been lodged in the year 2025. He also submits that the nature of torture is not disclosed in the FIR. He also submits that the allegation of miscarriage is of the year 2019. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband. 5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioner happened to be the husband and the allegations of demand of vehicle and miscarriage are of the year 2019 and there are general and 2025:JHHC:33198 2 omnibus allegations, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and condition or sureties, the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
