GP FOR HOME 2 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 36177/2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a writ. order or direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, order or direction declaring the action of the 5th respondent in insisting me to yield and settle to the terms of 6th respondent connected to Civil Disputes pending between the 6th respondent on one hand and myself on the other, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with my personal liberty, house matter and civil disputes.…” 2. Heard Sri Ch.Nagendra Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a case of interference of police in civil disputes. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner and the unofficial respondent are brother and sister. There are disputes regarding the property between them. He would finally submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 3 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
