The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rly Bokaro P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 84 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-VI, Ranchi. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 11528 of 2023 by order dated 19.01.2024 and B.A. No. 2396 of 2024 by order dated 29.04.2024. 4. On 12.09.2023, on the basis of confidential information Bokaro railway police apprehended this petitioner and co-accused person from platform No.1 at Bokaro Railway Station and on search 40 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from their joint possession. 5. While disposing of the bail application of co-accused Prem Kumar Chauhan vide B.A. No. 9338 of 2025, report regarding the stage of trial was called for from the learned trial Court. From perusal of which, it appears that out of twelve charge-sheeted witnesses, only five witnesses have been examined. 6. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than two years. It was further submitted that trial is not likely to be concluded soon. It was also submitted that co-accused Prem Kumar Chauhan has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-VI, Ranchi in connection with Rly Bokaro P.S.
