Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner. 1. Petitioner is the plaintiff in Original Title Suit No.338 of 2011 and the same has been filed for specific performance of contract for execution of Registered sale-deed with respect to the property, as detailed in the schedule of the plaint. 2025:JHHC:33458 2 2. Petitioner had earlier filed a petition on 13.04.2023 under Order VII Rule 14 read with Section 151 CPC to allow the plaintiff to produce and prove additional document for proper adjudication of the suit. However, the said petition was rejected vide order dated 19.05.2023. 3. Earlier petitioner preferred Civil Misc. Petition being CMP No.683 of 2023 before this Court against the said order of rejection, which was allowed giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition assigning the relevancy of the document(s) before the learned Trial Court. 4. In pursuance to the order, petition dated 31.05.2024 was filed enclosing the list of documents, but the same has not been disposed of till date. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel that the case is now listed for evidence of the plaintiff/ petitioner and the prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of the said petition. 6. Under the circumstances, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the said petition within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
