Instant revision petition along with application seeking condonation of delay of 257 days in filing the revision petition, has been filed impugning the order dated 08.05.2023, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonipat, vide which application filed by the petitioner under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning respondents No1 to 5 as additional accused to face trial in case arising from FIR No.0070 dated 06.02.2021 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station City, Sonipat, has been dismissed. 2. On 24.04.2024, the following order was passed: - “Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to place on record the relevant report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. Adjourned to 22.5.2024.
