IV For the JSC Bank : Mr. Abhinay Kumar, Advocate --- 09/14.11.2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties have submitted that the demand draft as directed by this court vide order dated 10.05.2023 has been deposited before the High Court in the name of learned Registrar General of this court. He has also submitted that the amount has already been credited in the account of the learned Registrar General. He has also submitted that the petitioners may approach the learned Registrar General for disbursal of the amount in terms of order dated 10.05.2023. 2. The attention of this court has also been drawn to the order dated 20.08.2024 wherein this court had directed that the petitioners were permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the learned Registrar General subject to furnishing a bank guarantee of a nationalized bank valid for a period of six months and was to be kept alive. 3. Since LPA No. 569 of 2023 and LPA No. 570 of 2023 has been dismissed, the writ petitioners in those cases are permitted to withdraw the amount by filling an application before the learned Registrar General which is to be disbursed to the extent it relates to writ ( 2025:JHHC:34169 ) 3 petitioners in connection with LPA No. 569 of 2023 and LPA No. 570 of 2023. 4. The learned counsel for the opposite party shall assist the learned Registrar General in the matter so that the amount relatable to the said writ petitioners is disbursed to the extent of their entitlement. 5. So far as LPA No. 613 of 2023 is concerned the same is pending. So far as writ petitioners in LPA No. 613 of 2023 are concerned, they shall furnish bank guarantee in terms of order dated 20.08.2024 in case they want to withdraw the amount during pendency of the LPA. The disbursal will be subject to the final outcome of the LPA No. 613 of 2023. In case the writ petitioners in LPA No. 613 of 2023 are not able to furnish the bank guarantee as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, they shall be entitled for withdrawal of the amount if the LPA No. 613 of 2023 is dismissed. 6.
