2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present C.M.P, W.P.(C) No. 394 of 2022 is restored to its original file and stage, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall remove the remaining defect(s) pointed out by the office by 14.11.2025.
