The petitioner prays for enhancement of her pensionary benefits after refixing the same. The petitioner is referring to the circulars which according to the petitioner grants her the privilege of pension revised and enhancement. It is the grievance of the petitioner the respondents are sitting over the matter and not taking decision. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2-Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar, her case will be considered. 4. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2- Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar who will consider the case of the petitioner. 5. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within eight weeks thereafter. 6. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefits the same should be extended to the petitioner. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons 2025:JHHC:35007 2 should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. 7.
