He has handed over the status report verifying the factum of death as well as verified death certificate of the appellant across the bar, the same is taken on the record. 3. Perusal of the status report and the death certificate makes it evident that the appellant Mr. Varun Kumar, S/o Raghunath Manjhi expired on 21.01.2024. 4.
