The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/109(1)/117(2)/352/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Pakur. On 30.03.2025 at about 11:00 A.M., the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant as he had plucked a mango from the mango tree of the accused persons. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Pakur, in connection with Pakur (Mufassil) P.S.
