The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Domchanch PS Case No.66 of 2025, for offence registered under section 127(1), 127(2), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 352, 351(2), 303(2) BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned C.J.M, Koderma.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and in counter case filed by the petitioners the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6998 of 2025 and the altercation took place due to land dispute and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.22.

4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there.
5. Considering that both the sides are agnets and both the sides have received the injury and in the counter case the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Koderma, in connection with Domchanch PS Case No.66 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
