Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to release all the original documents belonging to the Petitioner, including the original Final MBBS Degree Certificate, original marks cards of the entire MBBS Degree, SSLC marks card, and all other original documents submitted with Respondent Nos.2 and 3, and to issue any additional documents required in future in accordance with law. 2. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3/St.Johns Medical College has handed over all the documents to the petitioner Dr.Chen Pen Hai Peter who acknowledges receipt of the said documents from the learned counsel for respondent No.3. Learned counsel for respondent No.4/Karnataka Examination Authority submits that in the event, if the petitioner produces all the aforesaid documents, which he has received today, respondent No.4 would permit the petitioner to register himself and participate in the counseling. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of recording that respondent No.3/St.Johns Medical College has handed over the aforesaid documents back to the petitioner and by directing respondent No.4/Karnataka Examination Authority to permit the petitioner to get himself registered - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41463 WP No. 31456 of 2025 and participate in the PG-NEET 2025 counseling, subject to the petitioner furnishing/producing all the aforesaid documents received by him. All rival contentions and all aspects of the matter including the right of respondent No.3/college to proceed against the petitioner are kept open and no opinion is expressed on the same.
