Instant transfer petition has been preferred for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 38 of 2024 from the learned Court of Principal District Judge-cum-Family Court, Simdega to the learned court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that marriage of the petitioner with respondent was solemnized on 21.11.2021 at Anand Bhawan Simdega, according to Hindu Rites and customs in which Rs. 15 lacs cash was given to the respondent as dowry as per his demand and house hold articles about Rs. 10 lacs, jewelry of about 12 lacs was also given in the marriage. Out of the wedlock of the petitioner and respondent one girl child was born and from that day the family members of the petitioner became furious and started torturing petitioner mentally and physically. On 24th March, 2023 respondent tortured the petitioner so badly and dragged her out from the flat with her minor child. Now, the petitioner is living in her 2025:JHHC:32714 parental home and the respondent also used to threaten the petitioner that he will ruin the entire family members of the petitioner's parental house. Hence, matrimonial case No. 38 of 2024 which is pending before the Court of learned Principal District Judge-cum-Family Court, Simdega may be transferred to learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite parties has opposed the aforesaid prayer made by the petitioner. 5. Considering the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner, I feel inclined, in the ends of justice, to allow the prayer for the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, Matrimonial Case No. 38 of 2024 which is pending before the learned Court of Principal District Judge-cum- Family Court, Simdega, is hereby transferred to learned court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. 7.
