Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the Respondent no.4 Deputy Director of Education (Secondary Education), 12th Region Meerut to sanction the General Provident Fund (G.P.F.) and Group Insurance Scheme Amount by adjusting the amount deposited by the petitioner under National Pension Scheme towards the old pension Scheme including the deductions made from her salary for the months of June 2018, August 2018, March 2019, August 2023, January 2024 and February 2024, within stipulated period, as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent no.2 on 17.1.2025, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.2-Distirct Inspector of Schools, Gautam Budh Nagar shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
