The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jagarnathpur (Pundag O.P.) P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024, corresponding to S.T. Case No.400 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 317(2)(4)(5), 346, 347(1), 339, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-XVII, Ranchi. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.9393 of 2024. Bail application of the petitioner was also dismissed as withdrawn vide B.A. No.4904 of 2025. On the confession of the petitioner, a stolen Scorpio was recovered from the possession of co-accused. Report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. From perusal of which, it appears that charge has been framed in this case and prosecution has not examined any witness. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XVII, Ranchi, in connection with Jagarnathpur (Pundag O.P.)
