1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and pass the order/direction to dispose-off the Misc. Civil Case no. MJC CIVIL/32/2020 pending before the District Judge Raigarh as early as possible within 60 days from the order received by the Learned District Judge, Raigarh (C.G.). 10.2 Any other relief, which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.”
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a MJC CIVIL/32/2020 has been filed by the respondent No. 2 against the order SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.07.17 16:58:15 +0530
2 passed by the learned Commissioner, Bilaspur, which is pending
consideration since 17.11.2020. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the case within a stipulated time.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondent would submit that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Sahu, this petition is
disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. District Judge, Raigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) to make all endeavours to decide the MJC CIVIL/32/2020 expeditiously, if already not decided.
5. With the aforesaid observation(s), and direction(s), the instant petition is hereby disposed of. Sd/-
