2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Narayan Sah kidnapped the minor sister of informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is married sister (nhnh) and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law (thtkth) of co-accused Narayan Sah and co- accused Narayan Sah has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 27.08.2024 passed in Cr.Misc.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30803 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 No. 3586 of 2023. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chapra (Saran) in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 309 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
