The writ petition is filed aggrieved by the non-consideration of the application dated 18.08.2025 submitted by the petitioners for grant of e- Pattadar Passbooks and for mutation of their names in the online revenue records, namely, the 1-B Register and Adangal, in respect of the subject lands viz., (i) Ac.4.90 cents in Survey No.1241-7, Khata No.1269 (Petitioner No.1), (ii) Ac.4.90 cents in Survey No.1241-6, Khata No.1268 (Petitioner No.2), and(iii) Ac.4.90 cents in Survey No.1241-8, Khata No.1279, (Petitioner No.3). 2. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing on behalf of the respondents, on written instructions, submits that the said application has already been considered and appropriate orders were issued on 22.08.2025. 3. In view of the same, the writ petition is consigned to the records, granting liberty to the petitioners to assail the said orders in appropriate proceedings, if so advised. No costs. 4.
