Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. This Court on 23.04.2025 passed the following order:- "Sri Jitendra Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel is directed to get an expert opinion upon the answers given by the petitioner in the answer book of Mathematics and Physics Subject of Intermediate Examination-2024 and place the same before this Court in a sealed cover on the next date fixed. Put up this matter as fresh on 14.05.2025." 3. In compliance of the order dated 23.04.2025 passed by this Court, Expert Opinion Report is produced by Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel in a sealed cover in respect to the Mathematics and Physics Subject of Intermediate Examination-2024 of the petitioner. 4. According to the report, there is no change in the marks obtained by the petitioner in Mathematics Subject. However, the marks obtained by the petitioner in Physics Subject has been increased from 25 to 52. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.3-Controller of Examination, Intermediate Examination-2024, Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P., Prayagraj to issue a fresh/corrected mark-sheet to the petitioner in the light of the Expert Opinion Report within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6. The petitioner is directed to surrender his original mark-sheet to the respondent no.3, so that the corrected mark-sheet may be issued to the petitioner. 7. Let Original Expert Opinion Report be returned to the learned Standing Counsel after retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
