Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the default as pointed out by the Registry has already been cured.
2. With the consent of the parties the matter is heard finally.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority i.e. respondent No. 1 & 2 to grant employment to the petitioner in Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.09.08 18:50:45 +0530
2 lieu of land acquired by them. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 1 & 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of employment in lieu of land acquire by them within stipulated time. 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.4 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order(s) or direction (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience;

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authority while claim of the petitioner for grant of employment in lieu of land acquired by the respondent authority i.e. respondent No. 1 and 2 is not till decided, the petitioner have land at Village Sonpuri Tehsil Katghora District Korba bearing khasra No. 321/3.6, 335/5, 336/15 rakba 0.41 acre land which is acquired by the respondent No. 1 and 2 and in lieu of that the petitioner applied for the employment. Earlier the father of the petitioner has submitted an application for grant of employment on 24.10.2016 same was kept pending by the respondent authority and not decided the claim of the father of the petitioner, the father of the petitioner having now problem in his eyes retina hence he is now able to perform any job, therefore the name of the petitioner who is son of Patang Kumar is projected for employment, the earlier the land which is acquired by SECL authority is belonging to the mother of the petitioner and in revenue record as well as the Bhu Adhikar Patra the name of the mother of the petitioner namely Pili Bai is registered being a direct dependent upon the mother the petitioner is entitled for employment, after giving the application by the father of the petitioner for
3 employment he was called for the purpose of given employment but there is no action on the part of respondent authority. Hence this petition.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending application dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure P/6), he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending claim dated 25.07.2025 will be considered in accordance with law.
6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent No. 2 to consider/decide the claim/application (Annexure P-6) dated 25.07.2025 in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
8. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case.
9. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
