By way of the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking direction from this Court towards the respondent authorities who are not taking any action on petitioner’s application dated 14/05/2025 (Annexure P/2 & P/3) for obtaining the necessary revenue documents i.e. B-1, Khasra, Map etc. for selling of his agricultural land. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer that the Respondents authorities may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner. 3. Learned State counsel would submit that they have no objection in deciding the representation of the petitioner dated 14/05/2025 (Annexure P/2). 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the Respondents No.2 shall decide the application of the petitioner dated 14/05/2025 (Annexure P/2) expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
