Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Government Pleader attached to the office of learned Additional Advocate General appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on the basis of the report of the Advisory Board dated 15.10.2025, the detenu was released on 18.10.2025, pursuant to the G.O.Rt.No.1921 GAD (SC-I) department, dated 17.10.2025 issued by the State. 4. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner also submits that the detenu was released, as per G.O.Rt.No.1921 GAD (SC-I) department, dated 17.10.2025, that was issued for his release. 5. In that view of the matter, nothing survives to adjudicate in this writ petition. 6. Recording the submissions made by both learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Government Pleader and considering the G.O.Rt.No.1921 GAD (SC-I) department, dated 17.10.2025, which is now 4 CMR,J & GTK,J W.P.No.27054 of 2025 placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed.
