Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 395 dated 25.12.2024, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(3)/61 of BNS, registered at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala. 2. As per the allegations stated in the FIR, the petitioner defrauded the complainant of a sum of Rs. 16,10,000/- (Rupees sixteen lakhs and ten thousand only) under the pretext of sending the complainant’s brother namely, Sahil, abroad. The petitioner allegedly misappropriated the said amount and failed to return it. Further alleged that petitioner has threatened to kill the complainant and his brother, Sahil.
