I.A. No.6109 has been filed for condonation of delay of 27 days in filing the present review petition.

For the reasons assigned in the I.A, prayer made in I.A. is allowed. I.A. No.6109 of 2025 stands allowed and disposed of and accordingly, delay of 27 days in filing the present review petition is condoned.

This petition has been filed for review of order dated 21.01.2025 passed by this Court in C.M.P. No. 1075 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that rejoinder filed by the petitioners on the petition under Order 7 Rule 11 read with section 151 of C.P.C. has not been denied by the plaintiffs and in view of that order dated 21.01.2025 may kindly be reviewed.

By the order 21.01.2025 the challenge of the order passed by

learned court under Order 7 Rule 11 read with section 151 of C.P.C was decided. The order was passed on the ground of cause of action and further considering that the cause of action is bundle of facts and in view of that impugned order passed by the learned court has been affirmed by the order dated 21.01.2025 and C.M.P. was dismissed. There is no apparent error on the record.
6. The Court finds that there is no illegality in the order and accordingly, this civil review petition is dismissed. Pending I.A, if any, stands dismissed.
