The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 03.03.2020 passed by the City Magistrate, Dehradun in Case No. 71 of 2020. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made submissions assailing the impugned order and prayed for appropriate relief. 5. Per contra, learned State Counsel, on instructions, would submit at the Bar that the proceedings initiated under Sections 107 and 116 of Cr.P.C. have already been concluded by the learned City Magistrate, Dehradun vide order dated 15.09.2023, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the same has rendered infructuous. 7. This Court takes on record the statement made by the learned State Counsel. 8. In view of the above development, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 9.
