Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the 8th line of paragraph-12 of the aforesaid order the words “Rupees fifteen thousand” have wrongly been reflected instead of “Rupees twenty five thousand”. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in the I.A, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that, the words “Rupees fifteen thousand” wrongly reflected in the 8th line of paragraph-12 of the aforesaid order be read as “Rupees twenty five thousand”.
