The reasons for the transfer are as follows: (a) The petitioner has filed O.P.No.4529 of 2024 on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai. (b) The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai. (c) The petitioner is living with her minor son. Considering the above facts, the request for transfer appears justified and accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
